Delivery Rates for International Orders

Tracked International Delivery Service

We use DHL Tracked Global service for all international deliveries, except for shipments to the USA, which are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3 working days; however, this may be delayed if your order contains pre-order items or during busy periods.

When filling out your delivery address, please ensure all information is complete, including selecting the correct country from the drop-down list, to avoid any delays.

To track your order to the USA, use the tracking number provided on the Royal Mail tracking page. For all other international orders, tracking is available via the DHL international tracking website.

Ireland

Unfortunately, due to new packaging regulations enforced on 1^st January 2023 we have had to remove some popular delivery destinations from our website. Countries including but not limited to, France, Italy, Sweden & Austria.

These new regulations mean delivering to these countries is not possible at this point. We are looking into updating our systems to accommodate these regulations, so look out here for any updates.

* During our busy season despatch delays can occur. Please know that we are working very hard to despatch your order as fast as possible. You can view our current despatch times here. We can only despatch orders when Royal Mail or DHL can collect them from our warehouse (Monday - Friday). Please note that intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all other bank holidays may affect delivery. Adverse weather conditions may also impact on delivery times.
