FREE UK RETURNS by Post
Whether you bought your item in a Calendar Club store or from our website, you can return this for free to our Head Office for a full refund or exchange. To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Customer Services by email on customerservices@calendarclub.co.uk with your order number or an image of your receipt for store purchases, item you would like to return and reason for return. Our Customer Services team will provide you with a free post UK return label via email or post if you do not have email. Our office opening hours are 8.30 am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Any contact outside of this time will be responded to on the next working day.
2. Pack up your return in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, make sure you pack the items so that they are secure and they cannot get damaged in transit.
3. Send your parcel please print the free returns label and stick it securely to the packaging, take the parcel to the post office and they will despatch it. They will provide you with a tracking reference for the parcel so that you can track its return to us you can track your return here. Once it has been received at our Head Office we will let you know.
4. Refund - Once your order has been received at Head Office, we will issue the appropriate refund. We aim to do this within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
FREE Returns to all Calendar Club Shops
Whether you bought your item in a Calendar Club store or from our website, you can return this for free to any one of our temporary stores across the UK.
Simply take the unused item back to your nearest Calendar Club store within 28 working days, with your receipt / order confirmation email and we will issue you with a full refund.

*If you purchased in store or online, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
International RETURNS by Post
You can return your item to our head office in Exeter, UK for a full refund. This can only be done at your own expense. Please contact here us to let us know you wish to make a return. Please include your order number & the reason for your return.
Pack up your return in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, make sure you pack the items so that they are secure and they cannot get damaged in transit.
Please create a clear and legible postage label attach it to the parcel and send it back via an international courier of your choice.
FAULTY ITEM
Should the item you have purchased from Calendar Club be faulty, please either visit one of our Calendar Club stores with your order confirmation / store receipt or contact our Customer Services team here

Quality of Returns
We advise you to return all unwanted items (excluding faulty items) well packaged as if we receive any item in a used or unsalable condition; we will not be able to offer any refund.
If your purchase is part of a promotion, all items purchased in the promotion must be returned for a refund or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
