We can only despatch orders when Royal Mail can collect them from our warehouse (Monday - Friday). Please note that intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all other bank holidays may affect delivery. Adverse weather conditions may also impact on delivery times.

Why Does Shipping to Northern Ireland Cost More?
We completely understand that higher delivery costs can be frustrating. We always work hard to keep shipping fees as low as possible. However, there are a few factors outside our control that make deliveries to Northern Ireland more expensive than to mainland UK.
Extra Paperwork & Compliance Requirements
Following Brexit, movements of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland require additional documentation and compliance checks.
Under the Windsor Framework — the agreement between the UK and EU that updated the Northern Ireland Protocol — goods moving into Northern Ireland are subject to new trade arrangements. While the framework was designed to simplify processes and reduce checks on goods staying within the UK internal market, it still requires extra administrative procedures compared to mainland UK deliveries.
Even when no duty is payable, couriers charge administrative fees to cover the time and systems needed to manage these requirements.

- If you have provided your phone number at time of purchase, Royal Mail will send you delivery status updates via text.
- As proof of delivery, Royal Mail will take a photo of the parcel in its delivered location. This will be made available on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.
**As per Royal Mail’s BFPO delivery guidelines, delivery times depend on exact stationing of recipient’s unit and can therefore take between 2 to 12 weeks to arrive. Please refer to Royal Mail’s website for further information.
