DESPATCH TIMES - During our busy season despatch delays can occur. Please know that we are working very hard to despatch your order as fast as possible.

We can only despatch orders when Royal Mail or DHL can collect them from our warehouse (Monday - Friday). Please note that intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all other bank holidays may affect delivery. Adverse weather conditions may also impact on delivery times.

Our GB Tracked 1-3 Working Days and Tracked 2-3 Working Days services are delivered by Royal Mail.

To track your order, using your tracking number provided visit the Royal Mail tracking website here

If you have provided your phone number at time of purchase, Royal Mail will send you delivery status updates via text.

As proof of delivery, Royal Mail will take a photo of the parcel in its delivered location. This will be made available on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.

**As per Royal Mail’s BFPO delivery guidelines, delivery times depend on exact stationing of recipient’s unit and can therefore take between 2 to 12 weeks to arrive. Please refer to Royal Mail’s website for further information.
