 Your Data & GDPR – What You Need to Know
We take your privacy seriously. As part of our commitment to protecting your information, we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This gives you important rights when it comes to your personal data.

 

 What is GDPR?

GDPR is a law that protects your personal information — things like your name, email, address and order history. It gives you more control over how companies like us use your data.

Your Rights
Here's what GDPR means for you:
  • You can access your data at all times – simply contact us to see what information we hold about you.
  • You can correct your info – just let us know if something is out of date.
  • You can delete your account – see below for how to do this.
  • You can opt out of marketing or change your preferences any time.

How to Delete Your Account
If you no longer want your account with us, you’ve got two options:
1. Log in and head to the 'Update Your Details'-section in My Account. From there, you can update your contact preferences or request deletion.
2. Email us directly at gdpr@calendarclub.co.uk and ask for your account to be removed.

We'll make sure your data is either securely deleted or anonymised in line with appliable Data Protection Laws.

How to Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails
Please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or contact our customer service team who will be able to opt you out of any marketing.
